About this program

Customers rarely remember the policy. They remember how they were spoken to when something went wrong. Your team already knows the product; customer care training is about the moment of contact: the greeting, the listening, the explanation, the way a refusal is delivered, and how a problem is put right.

Aradhana Shrestha has trained customer care teams at banks, hospitals, airlines, car dealerships, cinemas, municipal offices and retailers across Nepal. The program is adapted to the setting. A bank counter, a hospital reception and a service workshop all have different pressures, so the examples and role plays come from the room you actually work in.

Questions about customer care excellence training

What is customer care excellence training?

It is a practical program that teaches front-line staff how to handle every customer contact well: greeting, listening, explaining, handling complaints and following up. It combines short input sessions with role plays and discussion based on your own setting.

Is customer care different from customer service?

In everyday use the terms overlap. Customer service usually means the transaction: answering, processing and fixing. Customer care leans towards the relationship: how the customer feels and whether they come back. The program covers both.

Who should attend?

Anyone in contact with customers, plus the supervisors who coach them. Bank tellers, hospital receptionists, showroom and service staff, call centre agents and municipal counter staff have all been through it.

How long does the training take?

The length depends on your team and goals, from a focused session to a multi-day program. We agree it with you when planning, based on how many people attend and what you want them to be able to do afterwards.

Can you train our staff at our premises?

Yes. In-house delivery is available anywhere in Nepal, including Pokhara, Chitwan, Butwal, Biratnagar, Dharan, Nepalgunj, Hetauda and Janakpur. Open workshops run in Kathmandu.

Does the training cover telephone etiquette and complaint handling?

Yes. Telephone and face-to-face service skills, handling complaints and managing difficult customers are core parts of the program.

Which organisations have you delivered customer care training for?

Banks and insurers such as Nepal Investment Mega Bank, Lumbini Bikas Bank and Premier Insurance; hospitals including Om Hospital, Tilganga Eye Hospital and Charak International Hospital; companies such as Toyota Nepal, Sipradi Trading (TATA Motors), Asian Paints, Simrik Airlines and QFX; and public bodies including Kathmandu Metropolitan City and Karmachari Sanchaya Kosh.

How much does it cost and how do I book?

Cost depends on group size, duration, venue and travel. Send a short note on WhatsApp or email with your team size, sector and location, and you will receive a proposal.
