About this program
Most people can talk well to a friend and still lose their voice when a room goes quiet. Public speaking training is about closing that gap: understanding why nerves show up, and building a speaking method that still works when they do.
Aradhana has run public speaking and MC sessions for Lalitpur Municipality, women's groups, and Lions and Rotary clubs. The same approach applies in a corporate meeting room: know your point, shape it, deliver it, and stay composed when someone challenges it.
Participants speak in almost every session. The training is built around practice, not slides.

Questions about public speaking training
Do you provide MC (master of ceremonies) training?
Yes. Public speaking and MC sessions have been delivered for groups including Lalitpur Municipality and the Ekuhiti Women Group in Dhobighat.
Who is the program for?
Anyone who has to speak in front of others: managers presenting to leadership, teachers, bank and hospital staff, NGO workers, and students preparing for interviews or competitions.
Does the training work for people who are very nervous?
That is the most common starting point. The first sessions deal with nerves directly, and participants build up to longer talks only after they have practised in smaller steps.
Is public speaking training available in-house?
Yes. It runs as an in-house program for organisations anywhere in Nepal, and as open workshops in Kathmandu.
