- Usage data — pages visited, time on page, referring URL, browser type, operating system, and general geographic region (country/city level), collected via Google Analytics.
- IP address — anonymised by Google Analytics before storage; we do not store raw IP addresses.

We do not collect sensitive personal data (such as health data, financial data, or government ID numbers).
3. How We Collect Data
- Direct contact — email, phone call, or WhatsApp message from you to us.
- Google Analytics — automatic collection when you browse the website (if you have accepted cookies).
- Cookies — as described in our Cookie Policy.
This website does not currently use a contact form that submits data to a server. Enquiries are handled directly via email and WhatsApp.

- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) — for analytics cookies, where you have given consent via the cookie banner.
- Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — for responding to enquiries and understanding website usage to improve our services.
- Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) — where processing is necessary to arrange or deliver a training program you have requested.
- Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) — where we are required to retain data by applicable law.
Nepal does not currently have a comprehensive data protection law equivalent to GDPR. However, we apply GDPR principles as best practice for all users, regardless of location.
6. Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics (provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA) to collect anonymised statistics about how visitors use the site.
Google Analytics sets cookies (_ga, _gid, _ga_*) to distinguish users and sessions. IP addresses are anonymised before storage. The data collected helps us understand which pages are most useful, where visitors come from, and how to improve the site.
Google Analytics data may be transferred to and stored on servers in the United States. Google LLC is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, providing an adequate level of data protection.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party.

- WhatsApp / Meta — if you contact us via WhatsApp, your message is processed by Meta Platforms, subject to their privacy policy. We do not initiate WhatsApp contact.
- Email providers — if you email us, your message passes through standard email infrastructure (e.g. Gmail). We do not use third-party email marketing platforms.
- Legal requirements — if required by law, regulation, or a valid court order in Nepal or another jurisdiction.
8. Data Retention
- Enquiry and booking correspondence — retained for as long as the business relationship is active and up to 3 years thereafter, after which it is deleted.
- Google Analytics data — retained for 26 months by default (Google's standard retention setting), then automatically deleted.
- Cookie consent records — stored in your browser's local storage for up to 1 year.
You may request deletion of your personal data at any time (see Your Rights below).
9. Your Rights
Under GDPR and applicable privacy laws, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right of access — you can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Right to rectification — you can ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten") — you can ask us to delete your personal data.
- Right to restrict processing — you can ask us to limit how we use your data.
- Right to data portability — you can ask for your data in a portable format.
- Right to object — you can object to processing based on legitimate interests.
- Right to withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
