About this program
A group of capable individuals is not automatically a team. Team building training works on the things that decide whether people collaborate: trust, openness, clear shared goals and a habit of talking to each other directly.

Questions about team building training
Is team building just games?
No. Exercises are used to make a point, and each one is followed by a conversation about what it means for your own team and how you work together on Monday morning.
How big can the group be?
Programs are designed around the size of your team. Smaller departments can go deeper; larger groups are split into working groups within the session.
Can it be done at our own premises?
Yes. In-house delivery is available anywhere in Nepal, and it is the usual format for team building.
Can leaders and staff attend together?
Yes. Mixed sessions are often the most useful, provided the ground rules for open discussion are agreed at the start.
